Right we are well underway got my 16ft long steels that we ‘hee hoved’ across the road and into my house. I watched the first one move up the stairs before helping with the other two.
There were many expletives but would you look at that.
Replaced the wooden purlins with these red hot smouldering oxide red steels in my roof giving support to the house. These beams will support my suspended yoga platform, which will be hung from them using tension cables.
So this was a major accomplishment and now the structural change is well underway. We can now remove the upstairs internal wall and ceiling that means no more loft just a double height open plan room.
The attic is melting faster than toilet roll after a curry.
